Create delicious, lower-fat versions of your favorite Chanukah treats. Prepare baked parsnip, carrot, and sweet potato latkes with homemade applesauce; baked egg white frittata with spinach, low-fat goat's milk cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes; giant baked potato latke with dill, parsley, and chives; baked mini jelly doughnuts with powdered sugar; whole wheat pancakes with ouzo honey syrup and crushed toasted walnuts; and sweet olive oil bread with red wine glaze, cloves, and lemon zest.
