Norman Oppenheimer (Richard Gere) lives a lonely life on the margins of New York City power and money, a would-be operator dreaming up financial schemes. He sets his sights on an Israeli politician (Lior Ashkenazi) alone in New York at a low point in his career. Also starring Hank Azaria, Steve Buscemi, Josh Charles, Isaach De Bankolé, Charlotte Gainsbourg, Michael Sheen and Dan Stevens.

Written and directed by Oscar-nominated Joseph Cedar ("Footnote").
